Funny, here in the USA we call them dandelions (dan-dee-lions) and they are thought of to be a royal pain in the ass! Nothing more than invasive, ugly weeds... I do think they are invasive weeds, but I don't think they are entirely ugly.

I love your POV in this picture. Either the focus is off a little bit or the picture is poor quality, because the photo looks a bit grainy (too low resolution perhaps). Other than that, I really like this picture. TFS!

I have no idea what your notes "3,14 :)" mean, but this is a nice photo! I think you were going for symettery here, and if you crop the right side a little bit tigher, it will be perfect. I love the web, I love the soft colors, and the DOF and POV are great. Beautiful and very artistic photo!

Beautiful! Nice colors, great DOF, but the best part of this picture is the POV. I love the way the branch is moving diagonally across the picture, as opposed to laying horizonally or standing vertically. Great job!

Nice shot! Shooting dandelions can be tough, but you did a nice job here with good lighting, a good DOF, and good focus. I think this picture would look beautiful in black and white, so I'll follow this up with a workshop. TFS!

Nice picture! Yellow is one of my favorite colors, but I find it hard to photograph because it is so bright. Check out some of my pictures.. I don't think I have any yellow, but I LOVE closeups of flowers. I really like the DOF in this picture.. the blurred background helps the flower stand out. The colors and cropping are perfect. I think the vertical branch that cuts across the left side of the flower is a bit distracting, perhaps you could have moved it before taking the picture. Nice work, TFS!

Beautiful landscape. I really admire good landscape pictures.. they're much harder to take than most people realize. You have lots of objects both near and far to focus on.. the range in light is good... and you have lots of different colors and textures to look at. It's a very busy photo! It reminds me a bit of a place I went to that's south of Lake Tahoe (on the California side) called Lake Aloha -- it is surrounded by desolate wilderness, and is most easily accessed by a trail that starts at Echo Lake. The surrounding areas of Lake Aloha are rocky with some vegetation, and lots of snow capped mountains in the background (much like this photo!). Thanks for sharing!

Very nice shot! I love the textures and the soft colors. The only thing I don't like about the shot is the little weed sticking up near the bottom right corner. It could pretty easily be edited out. Other than that, great photo!

The colors in this look a bit too saturated. That aside, the photo is beautiful! The focus and DOF are nice, and I think you have every color of the rainbow included in this picture. Very nice shot!

Other than one of the twigs in front of the bird, I really like this photo. I'm not much of a bird person, but I really like how clear the details on this bird are -- I love looking at the claws, the beak, and the legs. The colors of the photo are subtle and natural. The cropping is a little tight, but good. Very nice picture!

Lighting lighting lighting! AMAZING in this photo! So beautiful, Alp. The POV you chose for this shot really just made it awesome, because the lighting really highlights some of the finer details of the flowers. It's a landscape and a closeup all at the same time. Every area of the picture is beautiful.
