I love this photograph. It is sharp clear, well lit and framed. It gives me inspiration. I am just starting to delve into the macro aspects of nature. Thanks for sharing. I wish I could give it more points.

Hi Chris,
Australia has so many really unusual flowers. They offer photographers unlimited opportunites. You have managed to capture this one from a wonderful angle and while it looks more like a grevillea than a banksia it is beautifully clear.

Hi Ignasi,
So many people never think of taking photos of flowers from the back. Sometimes they are just as beautiful as the front. This photo is an excellent example of this. Brilliant focus and DOF. The hairy stems are clear and I love the additional detail of the water drops. Well done!

Hi Nilesh,
This photo is a lovely example of the vivid colours in nature and the excellent form and shape natural things create. I also like the lighting on the back of the petals. Considering this is hand held it is well focused. Great job.

Hi Ed, If this was an abstract painting it would sell for hundreds of $. Well done. I like the balance of colours and curved lines formed where the grey bark has peeled off.
Hi Neels, I agree simple but excellent. Love the lighting and the effect it has on the leaf.
