Beautiful. Love the ...well everything!
I like how the greenery at the bottom give some natural framing and noticed that it could be done on the topside as well. I took it into the workshop, got a bit of noise removed from the trees and the water, and sharpened just a tad.

Very good photo, no flaws that I could discern. Makes me wonder what kind of camera lens Mr. Owl is looking back thru?

Have you tried Noiseware Community edition
(free)?? I think it's better that neatimage, easier and faster, check it out, if ya want.
