Mike could have been right, and, in fact, the Cerdocyon thous entrerianus is the confusion species in this zone being one of the only two canid species. However, the Cerdocyon is smaller, has a slightly different muzzle conformation, smaller ears, more of a dark component in the mantle, particularly the tail, and it has dark stockings (perhaps the best distinguisher).
This is Pseudalopex g. gymnocercus (Pampas Fox).
Pycnonotus barbatus tricolor, sometimes split as Pycnonotus tricolor - this is an adult as far as I can determine.
