Hello Agnieszka,
A fine looking Lion and a good portrait, nice detail and colours. Perhaps a little more space on the right side of the frame would be good, his nose looks too close to the edge of the frame. A nice image.
Regards,
Adrian

Hello Omer,
Quite a result for a handheld capture with a 500/4 from a sea bicycle! Nice composition with the bird nicely placed in the frame. Great colour/light/exposure, however I think it would benefit from rotating clockwise just to make the sea level. Very nice capture!
Regards,
Adrian

Hi Niek,
Fantastic light in this image, very atmospheric. Good rich colours too and great detail, huge depth of field. A classic example of the rule of thirds, nice work.

Adrian

Hi Janice,
I thought I'd seen enough of these ferns after yesterday :-) But no, this is beautiful, quite striking light and shadow, perfectly framed and great detail. Nice and sharp against the defocused background, great work.
Regards,
Adrian

Hi Doug,
It seems you've captured something of a local rivalry going on, wonder what the fight is about. It's great that you caught all 3 in a vertical frame, individually each would make a good image but all three together is excellent. Good detail and good depth of field, lovely colours in the BG and well defocused which really makes the colour contrast of the birds stand out. A very good image, great work.
Regards,
Adrian

Hello Catherine,
Nice warm light in this image and excellent depth of field, not always easy with a dSLR. Nice sharp details, just a little over-exposed with some detail lost in the highlights but noting too serious. A nice image.
Regards,
Adrian

Hello Angela,
I lived in Texas for two years and these birds were everywhere, and what a noise they make. A nice image, beautiful light and colour, good composition although you clipped the tail, always better to keep it in shot for this kind of image. Detail is a little soft, did you sharpen before posting? Usually 2-300% at a pixel radius of 0.2-0.3 is good, just to compensate for the low-pass filter in the camera.
Regards,
Adrian

Hello Annick,
I would imagine this is quite a dangerous situation for a Wildebeest to be alone in the bush. Excellent image, well composed and great depth of field, about perfect I think. I like the dusty background, it really adds some atmosphere to this image.

Adrian

Hi Joe,
A good capture, great pose from the Kite and good detail in the head and eye. Tricky lighting situation but you pulled it off well, nice work.
Cheers,
Adrian

Hello Peter,
A nice image of this youngster catching a ride on Mother's back. Beautiful colours and very well framed/composed with the reflection included. Do you use Active D-Lighting on your D300? I turned it on to see how it worked when I bought my D300 and I haven't turned it off yet. It would help with awkward lighting situations such as this.
Regards,
Adrian
