Dear Haraprasan
I thank you for your interesting presentation of moths in flight.

I have tied ""night-life"" images but due to lack of experience they did not show much. It is very dificult to decide how much time-exposure to use.

Enjoy your week-end
Warm Regards
Ingrid

Hola Brenda
A grandiose image of the Tronador.

We were in Bariloche in 1985 for a few days after crossing the mountains from Puerto Montt on a snowplough, because the snowcats had all broken down...

We are not fit and went in a four wheel-drive to the glacier near Tronador (loved the famous hot chocolate after our return :-))

Your photo is a glorious impression of this impressive mountain, and I am delighted you kept the natural colours.

The cloud -formation is very interesting and well supported by your notes.

Have a nice week-end in your beautiful home country
Love and best wishes
Ingrid

Hi Ori,
Nice capture of this shrub, very well accentuated by your famous black background. Thank you for showing this beautifully coloured, Chinese plant on TrekNature. (Did you participate in the ATP Championship?:-))

There are quite a few analyses on the Internet of the Essential oil of Caryopteris tangutica...

I wish you a nice evening
Warm Regards
Ingrid

Hi Natley
Good ''action photo'' , and I am surprised how green the area the was in February!

When we left Hoedspruit some 3 weeks ago everything was yellow - and I assume after 40 C last week-end - it will be even drier...

But we had at the week-end the first rain (soft-soaking) and not much, but it is a beginning.

There is not doubt that all wild animals hate to be disturbed when feeding, and this one is no exception!

Have a nice evening
Love
Ingrid

Dearest Natley,
""the street where you live"" is impressive, and I like your photo of the Kudu female with calf. I would suggest a bit of contrast added would enhance the image.

Have a nice evening
Love
Ingrid

Bonjour Gerard
Nice image of good looking, strong Impala Male. I see you took the photo in August, and for this time of the year the animal is in very good condition.

I like the shadow of the bock and the details showing also the dropping of previous visitor (elephants?) to the waterhole.

Good work showing the Etoscha typical habitat.

Have a nice day
Warm Greetings
Ingrid

hola el meu amic Josep
Thank you for showing this excellent spider photo.

The great focus offers the detail of the markings, and your detailed notes make it quite frightening!

Dangerous sex being offered...

I like the natural colours!

Have a great evening and a good week

Salutacions cordials
Ingrid

Dear Volkan
Thank you for showing this nice fresh spring Crocus.
Where did you actually photograph this plant? I tried to find out a bit about bornova - and I got the impression it is a built-up area!?!

The colours are so cool and fresh, something we do not see often in South Africa - too much dust.

Alltough I now live at a dam and should see different flora...

Have a nice evening
Warm Greetings from South Africa

Dear Pierre,
Thanks for showing this Impala female with nice sharp details and good colours.
I personally am less keen on the sky. To me it looks a bit unnatural. However, I have never been to the Caprivi and therefore can not judge if these are natural colours?!? Did you tweak it?

Have a nice evening and good week,
Warm Greetings from the Tzaneen Dam

Dear Lou
Thank you for presenting this interesting Fungus! According to some Fungus websites this HELVELLA LACUNOSA is edible when cooked.

They look sort of past their best state :-) Do you ever eat your discoveries?

The habitat is interesting i.e. so many leaves in the dunes...

Have a nice evening and food week
Warm Greetings from South Africa
Ingrid
