This flea beetle is Megistops sp. (Alticini, Dibolina), most probably M. vandepolli Duvivier, 1889, with both adults and immatures recently recorded on Buddleja in the State of Santa Catarina (Linzmeier et al., 2007: Zootaxa, 1615:55-68).

Hello Andre, it took quite a while to find an ID for this amazing moth and some more time to find this picture again @TN yet it's better late than never I believe. The name is Mittonia hampsoni (Distant, 1897) (Pyralidae, Pyralinae). It was initially described in the genus Macna (Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist. 20: 17) but later assigned to his new genus Mittonia by Whalley (1964, Journal of the East Africa Natural History Society 24 (5 (109)): 47-52)

Sulawesi where I found it at waysides but not within the forest.

I did not know that E. balteatus occurs also in India as it is very common in my
garden here in Germany. Point of view is very special and nice. Focus and sharpness gradient are well select.
