strange looking animals, a male and a female Geranuks in Samburu national park. Half girraff and half deer and camera shy too. They would stand on their hind legs and use their long necks to reach for leaves some 2-3 meters off the ground.

What a wonderful photograph. I LOVE these animals! It is great composition with such action in the ears, tail and alertness. I normally would not choose to put a partial tree in a composition but it is a very important element here. This photo makes my day...thanks for sharing it.

A wonderful composition, Steve.
I like the symmetry of this shot, with the two heads sticking up on those long necks at opposite ends.
It is amusing to see the two huge ears sticking out horizontally on one side and the two horns sticking out vertically on the other side.
Details are very sharp and the light is perfect.

Wow Sitthivet!!! It is the first time I see such animals!!! Mi-giraffe, mi-antilope!!! Your picture is wonderful with those two geranuks placing that way and forming a "U" together!!! They looks so cute!!! Look at those ears!!! Thank you very much once again for this impressive picture!!!
