|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Baobab is the common name of a genus (Adansonia) containing eight species of trees, native to Madagascar (having six species), mainland Africa and Australia (one species in each). The mainland African species also occurs on Madagascar, but it is not a native of that country. Some baobabs are reputed to be many thousands of years old, which is difficult to verify as the wood does not produce annual growth rings, though radiocarbon dating may be able to provide age data.(Wikipedia)|

Oh, I must critique this one when I see the thumbnail! Very well composed view of the lovely African scenery here showing the warm light tone and a pale gradient of the blue sky and this lovely baobab tree out of the flat desert land. I look at this kind of shape like a dancing tree :) They always project very elegant shape in the air, and you placed it just right. Let the dance begin...
Great clarity and focus sharpness from your perfect shot. Exactly the way I like it.
Greetings from Borneo.
