|The Dromedary or Arabian camel (Camelus dromedarius) is an domestic animal, which lives often free-ranging in the deserts or semi-deserts of North Africa, Arabia, and partly in Central Asia. The most pictures show the dromedary in sand deserts in high dunes, but it lives in stone desert (Hamada) too. This picture was captured on the way to Assa (South Morocco)|

I am back from my holiday and working through the postings which I have missed.
I like very much this photo, both interesting from point of view animal behaviour as well as landscape. I only know the eastern part of North Africa, which is quite different from what you are showing.
I often think it a pity, that not many members show landscapes!
