Hi Annick,

Obviously you do shoot very hot and dry in this area.
Panoramic shots show a wider range of opportunities offered.
Simple composition of the plateau and created a beautiful cloudy sky.

Hallo Annick,
Zo herinner ik me Namibië ook. Wijds en kaal. Mooie simpele foto in prachtige kleuren en een goede diepte. Prima compositiekeuze waar de wolken wel erg goed aan meewerken.

One suggestion: Change the title.
"D854 view" doesn't really get me in the mood for love..

Hi Annick,

The blue sky and shodows below the clouds is nicely captured. The highlighted mountaing range on FG is wonderful as well. Awesome landscape with wide angle MF!

Hi Annick,
I can only say absolutely spectacular. I don't know much about all the photographic do's and do not's but I do know when a photo really attracts my attention. Very well done and thanks for sharing.

Looks like Drumheller in Alberta.
Have you ever visited our BADLANDS in Canada? VERY VERY SIMILAR.
Here... have a look: BENTONITE CLAY.
And again: "SIXTYEIGHT MILLION YEARS".
Mobile oil, I assume, dropped this stuff into that hole in the Gulf to plug the leak.
