|I was in the Akagra National Park, in the south, when this large bull elephant stepped out of the bush behind us and came strolling in our direction. He was not in a hurry but appeared to have no intention of stopping ---- so, we allowed him to pass by turning off a small side road!|

Welcome on TN, with this lovely elephant shot!
Very dynamic capture!
Welcome to Trek Nature. I trust you to have a most enjoyable stay and that you will not only share your lovely photographs but also interact with fellow members by also visiting their images. I appreciate your story you shared with us about this elephant stepping out of the bush.
It is a great "action-shot" image and I am sure the adrenallin must have been pumping when this massive black elephant appeared out of the bush.
I like your point of view, showing it from the front. The dust in the background and the sand path adds to the speciality of this already special image.
I cannot wait to go to the Kruger in October where I am sure we will be spoiled with plenty lovely elephants. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
