quite a good portrait in a technical view. Perhaps it would have been better to get a neutral background so we would better apreciate the horns.

A good portrait of a beautiful, healthy Impala Bock. Obviously you cannot choose the background in the bush ie the habitat in which Impala live!!
However I think, had you zoomed out a bit and included the body, you would have created more impact. In my mind Impalas are the most elegant antelopes and the branches behind the horns would no longer appear to be so "intertwined" with the horns.
