Hi Erwin,

The gnu (or wildebeest) are basically ugly animals.It's necessary to acknowledge it.But they are also among the most looked for by photographers.The reason?Really sure strong points of this image are: timing, composition, focusing and consequent sharpness.The two animals, although placed side by side, show well their heads.Watering holes are a great opportunity for those loving nature photography.
