[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I had photographed this 'Greater Blue-Eared Starling' in Kruger National Park. She was busy to make a nest for her little ones. Light wasn't in my favour so here you can't cherish the beauty of its feather colours.

The different species of glossy blue-green starling are best distinguished in good light. This bird has the most lustrous colour of them all. As the name indicates, the side of the head are dark. The belly and flanks are royal blue, you could see.

What a beautiful bird indeed with gorgeous iridescent colors to its plumage. I love the clean softly blurred BG. Excellent detail and wonderful eye contact. Top Quality!!

Hi Srikumar,
This is wonderful even without sunlight. Probably the metallic blue feathers might be more spectacular in sun - but the lateral PoV is fantastic, such as sharpness. Great background blur as well. Probably, if you increase saturation and contrast a touch, you can get almost similar effect than the lacking sunlight. Just an idea, obviously.
