|Today’s photo in my animal baby series is of a Cape Buffalo Calf. I was driving on the mine when I saw this little calf lying about a meter away from the herd of Cape Buffalo. At the first glance I thought it was dead and its neck was broken. Having enough time I stopped the car and took time studying it. Eventually it moved that was when I looked at the heard again and realized there were many little calf’s lying in this uncomfortable way.|
That’s just the way they sleep, later I could take another shot where his feet was stretched out but still with the head turned towards the body in this uncomfortable manner and he was fast a sleep.
Enjoy and comments are welcome.

This tired little guy is really cute. I am sure mom is not far away. Well done.
