|I have captured this picture in Kruger National Park.|
Africa's largest eagle "Martial Eagle" (Polemaetus bellicosus). It differs from the similar Black-Chested Snake Eagle in its larger size, the feathered legs and the spotted belly. The underwing us dark in flight. The juvenile is much paler, has white underparts and a characteristic half-collar.
As each pair needs a huge territory (at least 150 km2), this eagle is scantily distributed. Takes fairly large prey.

Your Tamron 150-600MM did a great job of capturing this beautiful eagle. Wonderful eye contact and sharply focused allowing us to view it in fine detail. Exposure looks perfect and colors are well saturated yet natural looking.

fine low POV, beautiful light, excellent focus, sharpness, details, TFS

Hi Srikumar, fantastic capture of this martial eagle, the face expression is very very funny and reminds a bit a carnival mask, the best sharpness and bright colors as usual, useful post. Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano
Ciao Srikumar, great capture of superb eagle, perfect focus, fine details, splendid sharpness and wonderful colors, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio
The bird is well placed in the frame. The point of view is showing with precision the details of the Martial Eagle. The good luminosity is giving nice tints to the colours. Have a nice day.
Great shot of this fantastic eagle....!
