[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
By his expression it seems he feels he is a little late already. Can someone please help with the identity of this bird? I may know the name in my own language but that would not be of much use here.

goed van scherpte en prachtige kleuren
bedankt weer ge lou

Ciao Neels, great capture of lovely bird in nice pose, beautiful ambientation, wonderful colors, fine details and splendid sharpness, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Neels,
Click here >>> to hear its song.
It looks like a red breasted Robin.
If the song you hear is the same then you have your ID confirmed.
A lovely presentation.
Done with taste.
Regards,
Mario.

Hello Neels - Very difficult POV- but you were able to capture its eye even with catching light! Very well captured from such difficult angle. I think it's a " Kurrichane Thrush ". Good sharpness and natural colour. Thanks for sharing. Regards - Srikumar

Hallo Neels,
Vriendelijke groet,
Peter

Hi Neels,

The branch is helping to frame the bird. The point of view is showing the details of the bird and catching his eyes. The light is giving nice tints to the colors. Have a nice dya.

Pierre

Hello Neels

Excellent photo of this bird shot at its pose's best moment while singing,
with fine POV and appropriate vertical framing, and lovely light, TFS
