Afpyceros Melampus Melampus one of the most numerous antelope in South Africa.Only the males have horns which are shaped like an S.They are both grazers and browsers feeding on grasses and leaves, flowers and seed pods of schrubs. They avoid open grasslands and flood plains and are adsent in mountainous regions. |
