Hallo Paul,
Dit is een om zomaar niet tegen te komen langs de straat.
Ziet er een zeer sterke uit, mooie scherpte op de kop.
Mooi foto werk, bedankt.

Hi Paul
Cute capture of this honeybadger. He has very long claws that I'm guessing he uses for digging. Nicely composed and sharp details.

Dear Paul,
I REALLY appreciate this story/photo, very well described in your notes.
It is a great pity, that visitors to the game parks/Lodges do not secure the rubbish bins, thereby allowing the animals to raid them.
It is a twofold damage: the animals get used to ""being fed"", get aggressive - when disturbed - and have to be shot.
On the other hand many eat food stuff totally wrong for animals, become ill and fall prey to Lions...
I have never seen a Honey Badger in the thirty five years I have lived in South Africa (only in UK), and I am delighted to see this excellent photo.
Your perfect focus allows the viewer to see so many details, not least the giant claws!!
Thanks very much for sharing!!
I wish you a nice week-end
Kind Regards
Ingrid
