Welcome back George
A bit boring without you ;-)
A typical Veltchev pic with wonderful colors and perfect compo
As so often in elephants an eye contact or even a catchlight is incredibly difficult to get due to the tiny eyes of these grey giants
wonderfull and dramatic pic of this big elephant!
Hi George, welcome back whit this magnificent elephant and a spectacular pic when the work in PP make the difference, the colors seems stranges but very original, the elephant looks like a bronze statue,i like it! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano
another incredible photo from South Africa. Great portrait of the elephant. Perfect point of view.
Thanks for sharing,
Ciao George, great capture of superb creature, beautiful ambientation, excellent clarity, splendid light and wonderful natural colors, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio
Great photo of the African savanna elephant,
this great elephant itself with the POV
you choose and the contrasty composition
it gives dynamism to the image, TFS
Welcome back Mr.Veltchev!
Your pic here is amazing, but I think this elephant is a sculpture and this kind of art is not allowed on this site...
Ok! lets start to fight!!!! TN is so boring without your quarrels! Are you ready or have you lost your good shape????
Best wishes from,
PS: by the way your pic here deserves a big smile!
Good morning George! it is 6.15am at India.
I am also greet you with our other TN friends, Welcome.
Of course without your presence this site is colour less. ;)
What I say this picture incredible, or fantastic?
Yes it is a "A typical Veltchev pic with wonderful colors and perfect compo"
have a good day.
Thank you for your nice pic and presence.
havent heard from you for quite sometimes. Again you apper with a splendid image of this mighty elephant. So exciting to see its shining body in sharpness and well composed placement.
The bushes ans the sky is lively too.
Very well composed presentation.
This is a nice capture of an elephant with 50mm in full frame. The details and tone looks natural against the pretty sky colors.
Thanks and have a great week.
Beautiful photo of this mud baked giant. Besides this Giant Bush elephant two things are striking and intriguing. Use of 50mm lens, you must have been really close or maybe a heavy crop but it surely does work beautifully and this unique colour and contrast gradient from left to right of the picture.
Welcome back George!
It is always a pleasure to see your fantastic photos!
I already believed you had left us forever..happy to see that it isn't the case. A typical shot of yours with a most beautiful wild Bush Elephant shown in your manner in its habitat. Colors seem special but fit well here. Interesting note too.

What an eyecatching image. The lighting has a rather mysterious look to it, almost as if a large storm is brewing in the distance. The beautiful elephant stands out well from it's surroundings and has an attractive sheen to it's hide. Almost reminds me of a fine oil painting!!

Yes, a magnificent composition indeed. It looks the Elephant just got out of the water with that shine on it. The setting sun's reflection on the clouds above gives you that extra colour needed for such a composition. Looking at the light management in a whole, it almost looks like a HDR exposure? Fantastic my friend, just fantastic!!
