No introduction needed, but here are some interesting facts about giraffes:

1.Female giraffes give birth standing up. Their young falls more than 5 feet to the ground at birth!

2.A giraffe's feet are the size of a dinner plate—approximately 12 inches across.

Females use their hooves as weapons to protect their young. They are strong enough to kill a lion.

3.Giraffes are a ruminant, which means they have more than one stomach to help them digest their food. In fact, they have 4 stomachs!

5.The age of a giraffe can be calculated from its spots. The darker the spots, the older the giraffe.

You can be rightfully proud of this creation that matches the best in nature photography including that seen in iconic mags like The National Geographic, Mr. Veltchev.
As I have mentioned earlier while reacting to one of your images, some of your images taken is S.Africa convey a strong visual impression as if you had taken them during the early phase of planet Earth. There is that raw and elemental quality about this image of Giraffes that makes it a classical work of art.
Taking this shot against the sun is also a daring move on your part which you have got away with extremely successfully.

Hello Mr.George,
Beautiful picture.Excellent view with attractive light and shade.
Thanks for sharing,

Hello George,
I think this is a top quality image! The details, focus and sharpness are splendid. Lovely contrast against the background. Fantastic details and clarity. Very nice composition.
Thanks for sharing this interesting capture.

The truth Veltchev friend, our colleague Ram Thakur has taken away any possibility, to dedicate to you, the original review, because I agree with his criticism as if we shared the same mind and the same spirit. Everything has written, all, the mention of The National Geographic, the fact that it seems that you, George, you had traveled back in time, it seems really a sunrise image of the sixth day of Genesis (as there are some virgin; primal in your work). Anyway, puff! :) Ram Thakur has left me with nothing more to add. :)
Well ...

Bonjour George,
Très belle publication valorisant bien les sujets dans une bonne composition.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.

like a poetry, George.. as always :)
you seems so comfortable in handling the gloomy shades of light, and giving them life.. like a fairy tale. i knew this George well.. but gone through some of your other photographs (outstanding work) on various sites, and what bugs me now.. why while with Nature?? you surely love your Africa, my friend. :)
take care. try different moods as well.. you're talented.. i expect you to surprise us! :):)

PS: oh yes! we're neighbours! yayyy

Hi George, Perfect all aspects. Beautiful composition with excellent sharpness. Perfect exposure gives details and good light gives natural atmosphere. I like how the colours are rendered and it gives dynamic tones to the composition. Best regards
