I had captured this picture in Orpen, Kruger National Park, South Africa. It was a Sunny day.
The Blue Wildebeest( Connochaetes taurinus ) is a large antelop. The Blue Wildebeest is a herbivore, feeding primarily on the short grasses. The Blue wildebeest is native to Angola, Botswana, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
The Blue Wildebeest is typically between 170-240 cm in head- and- body length. Male weigh up to 290 kg, while females seldom exceed 260 kg.
The oldest known captive individual lived for 24.3 years.

Hi Srikumar,the pic is very nice and interesting but the quality is not the best for me,you lost some detail on the child and the mon too isn't very sharp,the detail seems better on the grass on the left...no problem..ehhee..i hope that you will appreciate my honest comment.Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

Indeed not in total sharpness, but the timing was very good, the composition is attractive and the colours look natural.
