Whiskerd Tern (Juvenile)

|Whiskerd Tern (Chlidonais hybrida)|
I have captured this juvenile 'Whiskerd Tern' at Marieval Bird Sanctuary, early in the morning. Birders must know how fast this bird moves and take turn just above the water surface. So it was a challenging shot to me.
The size, black cap and its fork like tails are characteristics. The crown is flecked with white in the juvenile and you can see it clearly in my picture.

C'est une magnifique prise, une photo difficile à réaliser.
Bravo pour ce coup et la qualité des détails et des couleurs.

Hi Srikumar, great help by the morning light to take so well this in flight tern. With this sun on the bird the situation is perfect, and the result is absolutely perfect with fine details everywhere to freeze the moment in the best way, lovely warm colors in background too. Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano

This is a striking image of the tern...extremely difficult to freeze the bird..yet obtain such details...magnificent!!
Outstanding capture of this bird. Even though I do not know the species, it is clear that this is one of those small, very fast moving birds, and you did a wonderful job to catch it in flight like this.
An stunning 3D-IMAGE also what a lovely warm colours well done SRIKUMAR BALIAL
