Picture taken on a photo safari in Tanzania. We were in a jeep and we saw by the number of other jeeps standing still up ahead that there must be something worthwile seeing. It was these great cats standing on a termite hill. They were still very far away, but we were not allowed to go off-road, so the long lens and some cropping got this shot. did some PP to add contrast and show the pattern of the standing cheetah a bit more.

Hi Pedro. Great capture. The DOF is very good and I love the textures of the grass. It would have been nice if you could have added some notes on this shot. Well done.
Regards Patrick
great pose did you have to do anything to this photo as the light is wonderful and creates a great texture.
great ! I like the hot hazy feeling, Ori
Hi Pedro,

Nice image of my favorite cat. My only complaint is that the colors seem washed out and that there are many hot spots in the grass. You may want to play with the shadow/highlight tool in PSCS2 to see if that makes a difference
WOW. Majectic shot.
Don't agree with previous comment. I love the light and colors.
I might have cropped a little of the left side off, as ther is so irrelevant area there and composition is too much centered.

Hi Pedro,
I don't know how you went about getting this shot, but I sure would like to know. Great poses from the cats.
