It's nice capture. Bird is well focused in a nice pose. I think this nest is under construction, and will become a nice home later...;o)
Your POV is great, but I don't like this COMPO. You can remove(crop) the unnecessary huge gap in the left side.
Full marks for the nice capture anyway....
