[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
This male was very worried when we stopped near him, but I took advantage of a rare behavior of this species : when they are threatened, they stop and simply dodge the attack without really escaping.
Perhaps it's related to the size of their very little territory (about 500 m²), to scale of the size of this tiny antelope (approx. 40 cm and 3-5 kg). They live in monogamous couples.

nice closeup of the animal. good lighting and emotion. good work. tfs.

Cher Philippe

Hello Philip,

Nice to meet you, for we are meeting for the first time here, I think and hope too that you are doing fine and life is good.
I really enjoyed the photo of this tiny antelope, captured in such fine fashion that all the details are clearly visible and identification is easier and instant.....beautiful eyes, short horns and innocence exuding from its lovely face. Thanks a lot for sharing this elegant photo, Philip.....take care....warm regards/Abid

Hi Philippe
He has big beautiful eyes in relationship to the size his head. I really like the horns. You have captured good detail
set it well on blurred background.
