Adélie penguins (Pygoscelis adeliae) on the seashore at the Admiralty Bay, King George Is-land. Picture taken during the XVIIth Polish Antarctic Expedition.
The Adélie Penguin, is a species of penguin common along the entire Antarctic coast and its nearby islands. In 1830, French explorer Jules Dumont d'Urville named them for his wife, Adélie.

excellent image from King George Island. interesting environment and birds... It is my dream atleast once i should step at Antartica and Artic.... is it possible? i dont know. tfs.
