East River Range
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|With all the rain lately the skies have cleared and the land has bloomed. This is a very rare sight to see, a blue sky, white clouds, and green grass. In the foreground are the remains of earthen housing. |

Impressive landscape, Sean!
Afghanistan is one of my dreamplaces to visit. Very nice proportions between the cloudy skye and the land.
I envy you, you have so many great photo ops, that you can produce excellent nature photos on a daily base. The contrast between the sky and land is perfect with keeping detail in both parts.
I never know of which country your next photo will be. You do get around. I like the sharpness and the contrast on the ruins. I agree with Michal's and Niek's comments too.
Evelynn : )
Another nice scene that would do ok as a desktop BG!!
I like the cloud formation over the mountains...great shot...
