[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Mt Yangaiyong is one of the three sacred mountains in Yading National park. It mean "The Godness of Mercy".
This picture was taken in Autum
We had to trek for 4 hours my leg almost give up untill we reach a valley and the mountains open up. Just in front of us is "The Godness of Mercy" covered with white snow. All our effort is reward by the beautiful sky and perfect weather.
It was too much for us to walk back to the campe so I hired a local horseman and rode a house back. |

What an amazingly beautiful picture, Tony!
My first glimpse of this spectacular mountain in Central China with fascinating fall colours in the foreground that would match up with the best in US and Canada.
The effort you made to reach this location was worth its while.
Thanks for sharing it.
PS: You have some beautiful pictures on your portfolio, but if you do not write any critiques on others' pictures, they might remain unnoticed most of the time.
That is a real mountain peak!! I don't know that I have ever seen one so pointed. It is a nice composition but one that would require careful exposure with filters or multiple exposures blended on the computer in order to avoid clipping the lights and darks. Be careful not to oversaturate colors and add too much contrast.

Hello Tony,
A beautiful mountain landscape with some impressive summits!
Interesting colour palette, and I'm intrigued by the lines in the landscape!
Greetings,
