|Could you find them out in the wilderness of Ladakh!!! Yes, they are blue sheep. The bharal or Himalayan blue sheep, Pseudois nayaur, is a caprid found in the high Himalayas of Nepal, Tibet, China, Kashmir, Pakistan, Bhutan and the Republic of India.|

Sheepie, sheepie, where are you?
I want to catch you, but I don't think I can!
Ha-ha what a great image and how fascinating it is. I am sure most people will pass this image, and especially on the thumbnail it looks rather dark, but I found it very interesting and I am glad you shared it. Thanks Subhash! Kind regards.
this is the classic image of which you open the thumbnail maybe just to look better what it depicts. And opening it, you understand the cratfiness behind it.Brilliant method! You're the master of camouflaging, i see.I find this image very well thought-out, purists will turn up their noses looking at it, but the contrast between the dark FG and the bright BG, the composition and many other things make it very interesting to watch, in my opinion.

An interesting shot showing a flock of Blue Sheep on the mountain slope near Leh (Ulla has been to Ladakh).
I like the pattern caused by thr scree with the shadow of the cloud in the FG adding to the composition.
Thanks and have a good weekend,
