This unedited picture of Storks taken with your compact Kodak camera (or is it a DSLR?) looks beautiful to me.
The birds have been captured in a relaxed mood.
The dense foliage as background looks authentic and apt.

So what gives it the painting look? Was it a Filter Lens that gives an animated look?

Hello Sudeshna,
What a gorgeous pair of Painted Storks you have presented to us. I love the beautiful contrasting colors and the super fine detail you managed to capture. The exposure looks perfect and the overall quality of the photo is great.
The only thing I would have done differently would be to not center the subjects right in the middle of the frame. Just a tiny bit offset makes it a bit more attractive. I believe a more vertical framing would be better too, as they look a tad bit squeezed into the frame.
