[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I posted a picture of this unknown Damselfly last year with the hope that someone might identify it for me. My own research from data banks on the net on Asian damselflies had not given me even the slightest clue and the status remains to be the same even as of today.

I had another passable picture of it with me which I am posting today. If any expert can come out with its ID, I would feel very obliged.

Anyway, here it is and thanks for having a look.

Hello Ram,
Interesting to take pictures of some still mysterious and unknown species. On this picture I like your horizontal framing a lot and the so different structures of tree-needles and dragonfly's wings. Fine natural colors too. I hope that you will find out about the ID.
Take care. Kind regards

Hi Mr. Ram,
This looks much similar to Onychargia atrocyana (female) but not sure as its eyes are a little different. Good sharp detailed capture with a nice composition. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Dear Ram,
lovely pastel colours are supporting the fragility and tenderness of this damsel fly.
As for the ID, I think Haraprasan's suggestion could be followed:
"Onychargia atrocyana (Selys, 1865)" - a female individual.
Thank you! With best regards,
