[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The grey-winged blackbird (Turdus boulboul) is a species of bird in the family Turdidae.
It is found in the northern parts of the Indian subcontinent, stretching all the way to parts of Southeast Asia, including Bangladesh, Bhutan, China (Tibet), India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist forests.
I found this near the waterhole where I clicked most of the pictures in Pangot. |

Hello Satirtha,
A new bird for me and what a beautiful one at that, I love the color of its plumage, especially the way the light gray feathers are outlined in white. Exceptional detail and captured in an attractive pose giving us a great look at its unique features. Excellent eye contact and perfectly exposed. Well done!!
