Scientific Name : catochrysops strabo

The Forget-me-not (Catochrysops strabo) is a small butterfly found in Asia that belongs to the Lycaenids or Blues family. It is found in Ceylon, India, from Sikkim to Indochina and in Sundaland, Sulawesi and the Philippines.

The wingspan is 25–30 mm.

The larvae feed on Ougeinia dalbergioides, Schleichera trijuga and Desmodium species.

I like your change in composition. A lot of photos are taken as close to the subject as possible on TN. (Mine included) I guess it is the macro lenses. Your have shown a different result. Where you represent the subject well but also add the surrounding environment which brings interest and colour and allows for more creative composition. Very good colour and detail from a good POV
