[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
i don't know the name of this particular damselfly. I saw this at my home while I was trying to photograph some ants. By the time i shot the ants this disappeared. but the next day near the same place i could locate it.

Damselflies begin their life under water. The eggs are laid in water for sometimes underwater vegetation. The Nymphs eat mosquito larvae and other small aquatic organsims. The adults eat mosquitos, flies and other small insects.

A very nice capture of this colourful Damselfly Manoj.
Sharpness and colour is good.
A shame you couldn't have a less busy background to show it off better, but you can't do much about that.
Nice work.
Steve

Hello Manoj,
How I wish I could see this beautiful damselfly in the wild!! The colours are amazing and you've captured it so well in a fine pose. Apart from the busy background it is a very fine capture.
TFS and best wishes, Ulla
