Wow! Amazingly detailed capture Goutham!
I love seeing the scales on a butterflies wing and you show them very clearly in this shot.
Good POV though I would have got a bit lower.
Beautiful colours and good lighting from your expertly set flash :)
Well done,
Joe

Goutham, Good ultra-close-up. Excellent details. Looks like an 1:1 macro. A lower POV would have given you a different background.

Hi Goutham,
Amazing work you achieved on this one. Magnification is surprizing! But the more surprising is POV here! Great chosen and with this pov we can see the dorsal side of the abdomen and thorax, very unusual presantation! Details are clear and crisp!
Superb!

Hi Goutham.
Very impressive macro shot with amazing sharpness and details, great POV, framing and composition. Perfect use fill flash. Both the butterfly and BG are illuminated perfectly. I also like skill reproduction of the dark colour tones of the insect. Refined work. Thanks and bravo.

Hi Goutham

Yes...a true and wonderful big magnification macro! That's something i miss taking :)
What a splendid close-up on this butterfly's head - with all those visible textures and lines. I really love the contrast created between the white and dark hairs but also the exceptional DOF that you used here.
Another example set by you. Congratualtions!

Bravo and TFS
Horia
