|Sun setting on Varkala Beach. Down at the bottom of the tip of India, fabulous sunsets exist in Kerala. The water is always warm and feels like silk. Trade winds alter the size of the beach, twice yearly, creating and disappearing large areas of sand. The ancient spice route used this wind to gather the natural riches of Kerala's coast and forests.|

I LOVE SEASCAPES! Add a sunrise or sunset with it and it is icing on the cake. To bad I choose to make my home 800 miles from the nearest ocean. Oh well I'll just enjoy the ones posted here. Beautiful!
