Hi, Navnith,
This bird is a Cuculus species, ( C.varius?), not Caprimulgus. I am sorry to be critical, but most of the photograph is not sharp. I note that you used F2.8, which gives very shallow depth of field, when you could have closed the aperture down two stops without problems.

Hi Navnith,

Some sort of juvenile plumaged cuckoo, presumably a genus Cacomantis. Certainly not anything from Caprimulgidae.

EDIT: Just saw Nigel's comment. Will have to look at the juvenile Cuculus.
