A truly beautiful owl portrait, Smitha. The "expression" on the bird's face is great. All technical aspects of the image are very good indeed.

Hi Smitha!
Thanks for your comments on my shots and appreciation. Regarding your shot, its a very fine close-up shot of wood owl. Very good sharpness and fine details of the plumage. Nice light reflection in those big eyes and a very good contrast with a lovely BG. Owls have always been a big fascination to me; they are simply
gorgeous. I tried to keep a barn owl as pet a few months back but my wife didn't cooperate :). Thanks for sharing,
Best Regards,

Ciao Smitha, great portrait of beautiful owl, splendid sharpness, fine details and wonderful natural colors, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hello Smitha,
What a beautiful owl you have presented to us, it has such a cute little face. The focus is sharp and colors are well saturated yet natural. Those big brown eyes would make even the hardest face just melt. Nicely framed and displaying just the right exposure.

Hi Smitha ,
nice to see you on TN my friend, I visit TN sporadic now.
a fine picture , good komposion , nice colors and bird stands out well against BG, thanks to F/3.2 .
In place you have lost some sharpness run the eyes and beak because of the large aperture,
chest have sharp feathers. Maybe F8.0 would have helped
Anyway a nice picture .
