[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
India peacocks are generally filled with blue and green colors. I have seen the brown feathers only when it is flying. When I was in Parambikulam in Kerala, I found this peacock on a perch with lovely brown feathers. The long train of feathers was missing. People say that peacock without its long train of feathers is like a king without crown. For me, it still looks regal. It sheds its feathers annually after mating and they again grow in the next season.

Hello Bala,
A gorgeous bird with an array of contrasting colors. Maybe not tac sharp as far as focus, but still very good. I love it's pose and the exposure looks great. Wish you could have gotten the entire tail into the frame. Nice eye contact.

Hello Bala Raman,
Excellent colour and details. But you cut lower parts. It could have been more beautiful picture if you could captured it vertically and in such way we could see this beautiful bird fully and composition could have been eye catching, in my opinion.
Thanks for sharing,
Regards and have a nice WE,
Srikumar
