Hello Venkataramanan, and welcome to TN.
Sorry I can't help with the Identity of this unusual looking duck or goose. I remember viewing a photo of a similar looking bird sometime in the past, but apparently it wasn't here on TN.
I search back through the bird images through March of last year and couldn't find it, so it must have been on a different site. A nice head shot of this particular specimen, only wish you could have uploaded in a larger format.

Hello Venkataramanan,
This is the head of the Muscovy Duck, Cairina moschata. A duck from tropical Central- and South America.
A pity that the photo is so small.
