Good light and excellent composition. Nice blurred background. The colours of the flower dominate, but a bit of work on the bird in Photoshop would bring it up. Unfortunately, the bird and the flowers do not look sharp. Honeyeaters are usually very fast birds and I assume that your exposure was just too slow. Next time, you may want to increase the ISO to 1600 which would enable you to increase the exposure time. Or it was just too dark on that day!
