Friends,

This shot of the tawny coster butterfly was taken at Omkar Hills.

In one of my earlier posts, I had the butterfly with the wings open. Here is one from the side.

It was a cloudy day.. I used an exposure compensation of +0.5, sharpened the image, cropped and resized the image.

Hello Sisir,
The butterfly does look fine to me.
Sharpness, exposure and depth of field are great while colors, details and soft backgrouns are wonderful.
Personally I just would like to have seen a little more space at the right side n front of the butterfly.
Croppingin front of the antennas is a bit tight in my opinion.
Neverthelaess a very beautiful image.
Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards,
Harry

Hello Sisir,
This is a fine close macro of a Tawney Coaster of a topp class technical quality. Perhaps I would have cropped and composed it to have more space on the right and infront of the butterfly and less space on the left.
Nice shot otherwise.
TFS,
Regards, Ivan

Hello Sisir,
this is a great close-up with veru good sharpness and
great details. Beautiful colours and nice lighting.
Agree with the others, a bit too tight to the right but
otherwise is beautiful picture.
Well done.

Very good profile image of the Tawny Coster, Sisir.
The colours and details on the subject are remarkably sharp and clear.
Well done and TFS.

Beautifully done, Sisir! For the composition it always if a plus to leave some space in the images (animals) direction, but even though - this is beautiful with great detail! Only nit would be noise and a little too much compression. To see what could be done to "fight" the noise I posted it to the workshop. Hope you like. Cheers, Klaus

Hi Sisir, elegant butterfly with great details and splendid colors, excellent sharpness, very well done, ciao Silvio
:) tomorrow

Sisir, Great pose. Slightly soft around the corners since you have taken this at F2.8. Also it shows more graininess. Try shooting with a lower ISO. - Murali Santhanam
