Say ‘No’ to plastic
--- It was a period when plastic, the generic name for certain synthetic or semi synthetic materials, was not at all a common item in India. We were habituated to use earthen pots beside metal products. The carry bags were made of jute or cotton fibers. Even in my school age I used to carry a backpack made of canvas. The bottles were either made of glass or metal. Then the plastic products were launched and its durability quickly adopted both by the consumers and producers for its low price without imagining that it could be turned to a Frankenstein to our environment in future. This little juvenile Painted Stork may have realized the fact?
