Common name: Asiatic Dayflower.
Plant: Annual herb with stems that are typically prostrate at the base but becoming erect towards the tips.

I am not quite sure of this identification.

Interesting flowers, these have been introduced to North America and they grow here now too, I used to see these quite commonly when I lived in Chicago.
