Brahminy Kites are found throughout the indian subcontinent around rivers , paddy fields and sea coast.
They are laregly scavengers and also feed on fish , frogs small snakes and bats .

A very nice shot of this kite, spoilt by the watermark in the wing. I like the back lighting showing the wing feathers off. Nice diagonal composition. I notice that you do not show a camera on your profile?

The picture is perfect, really like the transparency of the wings with the light. However, would have rather you put the copyright somewhere else... at the edge of the picture...

It's not an easy task to catch birds in flight, but you managed very here. Very good sharpness, excelent exposure showing a nice transparency true the wings. Diagonal compostion give a lot of dynamism to the image. Excellent work and TFS
