[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a Little Bittern. The Little Bittern (Ixobrychus minutus) is a wading bird in the heron family Ardeidae, native to the Old World, breeding in Africa, central and southern Europe, western and southern Asia, and Madagascar. Birds from temperate regions in Europe and western Asia are migratory, wintering in Africa and further south in Asia, while those nesting in the tropics are sedentary. It is rare north of its breeding range. This picture is the lighter version. I have posted the original version in WS. Source of information: Wikipedia

Looks more like an Indian Pond Heron to me.
Fairly good picture but with some marked noise in it.

Hi Soumen,
Nice shot but very noise in it.
Some very large cut.
Regards Jiri.

Bonjour Soumen,
Il me semble qu'il y a beaucoup de bruit mais le sujet est tout de même relativement bien valorisé.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
Gérard
