[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We saw scores of Starlings [Grey Headed Mynas?] getting ready to roost.....this leaf less tree was their attraction and it was dusk time. Though it was difficult to Isolate one or two, and more over it was more than 40 ft hight tree. Took few shots, converted to b&w since not much of colors were there in spite of light blue sky.Shot at Dandeli.

Hello Chandra,
Yes this is the Chestnut-tailed Starling or Grey-headed Mynah, different name for the same bird. The white sky in the background takes a lot of colours away, a pity. Don't know why you have chosen for a black & white picture. Good sharpness and a fine composition.

Ciao Chandra, lovely composition with a lot of birds, fine details, splendid light, wonderful colors and excellent clarity, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hello Shekar.
Beautiful composition, but I think B/W reduce the overall beauty of this picture.
Please don't mind.
best wishes,

A dramatic shot I would say.
