|This butterfly was sitting motionless on the window ledge of medical room in my school today. The room attendant called me over to take its picture since I am frequently seen around the campus with my camera. The shot had to be taken through window pane so as not to disturb it. It is the female of the species.|

What a gorgeous butterfly you have presented to us today. I am at work getting ready to clock in for the day and decided to see what new images had been posted.
Lovely details and stunning wing markings. I actually thought it was sitting on well packed sand on some beach until I read your notes. A real beauty!!

Hi Ram,a magnificent capture of this great eggfly, very rare to find. A very professional shot, made in a difficult location and backlight, but no problems for you,the quality is fantastic, well done! Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano
Ciao Ram, great macro of fantastic butterfly, wonderful natural colors, fine details and splendid sharpness, very well done, my friend, have a good week end, ciao Silvio
Lovely shot. The colors of the butterfly show off well against the background and you have excellent DOF showing little details on the legs for example.
